These circles are direct transmissions from Katie's guides, designed to help you align and harmonize with the energetic shifts present each month.

Many of us find ourselves trapped in cycles of insatiable desires, whether it's indulging in comfort foods, mindless scrolling, or other coping mechanisms. These behaviors often serve as substitutes for deeper needs—needs for connection, safety, and love. Through channeled teachings and guided healing activations, we'll uncover the underlying reasons why our inner selves, fall into these repeating self sabotaging patterns.
By acknowledging these parts with compassion and understanding, we will then begin to unravel the hold these patterns of behavior have on us. Rather than relying solely on willpower to resist urges, we'll activate the ability to listen to the whispers of our discontent and address them with kindness and positive, sustainable change.
Our world offers us a plethora of distractions and coping mechanisms, but true satisfaction lies in authentic connection—with ourselves, with others, and with the world around us. Through this session, we'll explore practical ways to foster deeper inner connection, to support the overall healing of our being.

You do not need to be present to participate. All registered participants will receive a recording of the session. Each time you listen to the recording you will experience the shifts on deeper levels. Recordings will be sent 24 hours after the session to the email used when registering.
