In this month’s online healing circle, we will be focused on activations and teachings centered around the physical body. We will explore and release outdated paradigms linking our physical bodies health to its appearance, release programs of rigidity around diet and exercise and welcome in a new higher light and frequency to support the ascension process through our physical body.

This healing circle will be vital preparation for the energies to come in 2020 which will be heavily focused around embodying the higher self in the lower energy centers of the physical body.
