2021 will be a year of paradigm shifts and out of the box creative expression. It will be a time of unwinding our nervous systems from the stress and trauma we’ve suffered in 2020. It will be a year of embodiment, emotion, engagement and change.

Our challenge with all this shifting energy will be to learn to flow. To ride the tidal wave of change with ease and grace and understanding. After every great release comes a great expansion. In 2020 we let go of so much and now we sit and wait like a tightly strung bow, ready and aimed, full of potential. That potential creates an internal anxiety and tension that many of us fear. Change is not always easy, it means letting go of things and people we have held dear, things we have created perceived safety around.

In this month’s healing circle we will focus on the energy and frequency of 2021 and the paradigm shifts it will bring. We will explore the internal tension that change creates and learn to navigate and let go in our energy bodies so that our nervous system can relax and flow with ease and grace as change occurs all around us. This will create space for creative genius to anchor and Divine Feminine grace to enter our lives. And in this healing circle we will set the stage and energetic intention for the entire year.

Each month we will gather online to explore a brand new healing activation topic.  These will be direct transmissions from Katie’s guides and will help you to align and harmonize with the energetic shifts present each month.   Each session will be recorded and shared for those who were unable to attend live and so activation recording can be reviewed repeatedly for support throughout the month.
